  • How do I add a new order?
    1.Go to the Order Page and submit another order form using the attached Google form. 2. You can go to our FB Page JAC's Kitchen, tell us your order and exact details regarding the delivery
  • How track my order?
    The rider will notify you about your order if it is being packed or there are on the way to your home.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order if: 1. The order is not yet listed. 2. If you didn't receive an email of confirmation for your order yet. However, if you already received a confirmation you can call us at our number , be sure to cancel 2-3 days before your order. Damages or fines will be deducted from your partial payment.
  • How to pay my order?
    1.Pay your order via Gcash, Paypal or Coins PH 2. Pay your order using any credit card. 3. Cash on delivery

Delivery Policies

    We are shipping our products in San Pascual, Bauan, Mabini, and Batangas City. All orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. However, days of delivering your orders vary from each other since there are scheduled days of availability of our dishes which is stated in its description box. For a convenient and smooth transaction, orders for singles dishes should be placed 1 to 2 days ahead of scheduled days of availability of the dishes, and for combo meal dishes, orders should be placed 2 to 3 days ahead of expected day of delivery, consumption, events, etc. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local Delivery

            Free local delivery is available for orders within Poblacion, San Pascual, Batangas area. For other areas, orders under Php 500, we charge Php 50 – Php 70 for local delivery. Whereas, for orders over Php 500, we have a 30% discount on delivery fee.

            Deliveries are made from 10:00 am to 11:30 am on the stated day of the availability of the dishes. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of the time of our arrival.

We accept cancellation of orders within the 2-3 days before the delivery if fortuitous events occurred that makes our products inedible. We will refund the full order amount for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, kindly email us as soon as possible at asicasjav2@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these concerns immediately and try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
